AI will give you a confident answer to almost any question you ask it. Confidence is not the same as correctness, and neither is the same as relevance to your business.
The scarce skill is judgement
When anyone can generate a plan, a policy or a piece of analysis in seconds, the advantage moves to the people who can tell whether the output is any good, and whether it fits the situation in front of them.
An answer you cannot evaluate is not an answer. It is a risk you have not priced.
What to do with that
Use the tools. Then apply the same scrutiny you would to advice from a stranger: what does this assume, what evidence sits behind it, and what happens if it is wrong?
